Ordermentum is an Australian wholesale ordering and payments platform, built around order-taking, payments and automated accounts receivable for food and beverage suppliers. This page compares what Ordermentum publishes about pricing, based on their own website, against MenoLink's single flat price.
The Ordermentum details below are taken from Ordermentum's published pricing page as of the last updated date above. MenoLink is not affiliated with or endorsed by Ordermentum. Vendor pricing and plans change — check their site directly for the current offer before deciding.
Pricing structure
The two platforms take different approaches to pricing:
- Ordermentum publishes indicative supplier pricing starting from A$200/month for the Small tier (15–150 customers), with Medium shown at A$1,050/month (151–700 customers) and Enterprise custom-priced. Ordermentum states that these prices are approximate and that actual charges depend on factors including usage, monthly revenue, active customers and order volume. Its pricing page also lists separate platform setup charges — A$399 for Small, A$2,000 for Medium, and a custom platform setup for Enterprise.
- MenoLink is a single plan at A$250/month, with all currently available MenoLink features included and no separate setup fee.
If your retailer count is in the low tens and you want to avoid an upfront setup fee, MenoLink's flat pricing may be simpler to budget for. If you need Ordermentum's payments and accounts receivable automation, their Small tier may still be worth the setup cost.
Payments and accounts receivable
Ordermentum's supplier features centre on automated accounts receivable, instant reconciliation and same-day settlements — this is a core part of what they sell. MenoLink does not currently offer built-in payment processing or accounts receivable automation; it focuses on the ordering, catalogue and invoicing workflow. If automated payment collection is a priority for you, that's a meaningful point in Ordermentum's favour today.
Australian GST and tax invoices
MenoLink was built for Australian wholesalers from the start: GST can be set per product (10% or GST-free), and your ABN appears on generated tax invoices. We couldn't confirm the specifics of Ordermentum's GST handling from their public pages — check this directly with them if it's a requirement.
